Accessible, Inclusive, Equitable Workplaces For Intersectionally Diverse People.

Building inclusive workplaces and communities? ICC offers workshops, organizational development and strategic planning to empowering individuals and organizations to put their Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Access principles into action. This includes practical sessions on anti-oppression, communication, conflict resolution, and disability justice, and implicit bias, as well as creating train-the-trainer programs for organizations and individuals.

This training requires deep and diverse, intersectional experiences and perspectives in order for it to be meaningful. ICC works with a broad range of facilitators who are also connected to your field to ensure you get the professional and lived experience perspectives needed for equity and justice.
